Dale Dauten has been researching achievers and innovation since his days at Arizona State as a National Science Foundation Fellow, and at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. As founder of The Innovators’ Lab®, Dale has consulted with many famous firms, including Georgia-Pacific, Penske Automotive Group, General Dynamics, Caterpillar and NASA. Dale’s books have been published in a dozen languages, and have developed a large following worldwide, especially in Japan. For over two decades, Dale wrote the newspaper column, "The Corporate Curmudgeon," syndicated by King Features, and he also co-wrote "J.T. and Dale Talk Jobs," also syndicated by King Features. Between them, the columns ran in over a hundred newspapers. Dale and his wife, Sandy Dauten, live in Tempe, Arizona.
