David Lund is The Hotel Financial Coach, a hospitality financial leadership pioneer. He has held positions as Regional Controller, Corporate Director and Hotel Manager with an international brand for over 30 years. David authored an award-winning workshop on financial leadership and has delivered it and others to hundreds of hotel managers.
He mentors hospitality leaders, provides online financial workshops, and speaks at hospitality associations and company events. Additional services include, hotel accounting policy manuals, proforma and budgets, consulting, and executive search.

David continues to publish weekly and has more than 250 original articles in numerous hotel trade magazines.
He is the author of the book, The Seven Secrets to Create a Financially Engaged Leadership Team in Your Hotel, and the popular online video course. David is a CHAE through HFTP and a Certified Professional Coach.
