Trevor is a coach and author who lives and plays at the intersection of Love, Language and Leadership. He's on a mission to transform the world of leadership from fear-based command and control to love-based inspire and enroll.

Trevor spent the first forty years of his life getting a masters in righteousness and has committed the next forty years to a masters in workability. He loves to walk really slowly and listen to the Universe. His home is in Canada with his high school sweetheart Becky, two wonderful children, Ethan and Claire, and their dog Lexi (who thinks she’s human).
