With over 20 years of experience, service is the cornerstone of everything Melissa does. This value is reflected in her book Living Service: The Journey of a Prosperous Coach and in her contribution to the #1 bestseller When All Boats Rise: 12 Coaches on Service as the Heart of a Thriving Practice.

Melissa currently leads Service Game Cohorts, an intensive four-month program supporting coaches in growing their practices into thriving, service-based businesses. She also co-hosts the podcast Service and Creativity for the Prosperous Coach with Coach Levina Li and runs a Facebook group of the same name. Both the podcast and community offer substantial value to coaches at every stage of income and development.
Outside of her work, Melissa loves all things fitness, spending time with family and friends, and living in her favorite city, Chicago.
